Process for renting premises

For any rental of premises, be it the amphitheater, the multipurpose room, the restaurant, the classrooms, etc., the procedure remains the same.

1st step: The reservation.
When booking, individuals, groups or associations wishing to rent premises within the Alliance must meet the director. To facilitate the organization and limit the waiting time, it is strongly recommended to take an appointment.

No reservation will be made without a deposit of 50%. The Alliance will provide an official and original receipt under no circumstances will the Alliance provide a copy or photocopy of receipt.

2nd step: The signing of the contract
For each reservation, a contract is drafted by the Alliance. The contract must be signed by the director of the Alliance. No other person can conclude an agreement on behalf of the Alliance.

3rd step: The payment of the balance
At least three weeks before the event, the balance of 50% must be paid. The Alliance will provide an official and original receipt under no circumstances will the Alliance provide a copy or photocopy of receipt.

4th step: The day of the event
A representative of the organization, group, etc. must be present at least 30 minutes before the start of the event to ensure that everything is in accordance with the contract.
For shows in the amphitheater, rehearsals and sound arrangements can not begin before 15h.
